WE DID IT!!

We weren't sure what to expect on this first kickstarter but we are blown away. Thank you so much for your support. We simply could not make this project a reality without you. You guys rock!

Also, we squeaked over 4K in the last 12 hours so all of you lovely people that ordered a physical reward get a free pin! 

Please keep your eyes on your inbox in the next few weeks because once the funds clear you will all be receiving backer surveys from BACKERKIT.  It is here that you will be able to finalise your orders with sizing, colour choices, upgrade your shipping or add any other items to your order. You will also get to choose your free pin and indicate how you want your name to appear in the comic. The faster these surveys are filled in the faster we can get everything into production and get these rewards to you!

For the first 25 backers you are already getting the Worm Burger Pin so you will be given the Brain Slug Vacay automatically. 

For those of you that ordered digital copies, if you decide to upgrade to a physical copy, you too will get a free pin. :) 

We are now going to take a short break over the weekend to celebrate and get our ducks in a row but you will be hearing from us soon.

Hey everyone, hope you all had a great long weekend!

We are into the final week of our campaign.  Just a reminder to keep your eyes out for the reward surveys that will be landing in your inboxes soon after the 28th. 

You will get a chance to choose your size and colour for your apparel, upgrade your shipping where relevant as well as a final chance to add or amend your order in any way.  Maybe you want to add in that cheeky hat!?  

And if we are lucky enough to make it to 4k you will also need to choose your free gift.  So spread the word this last week and let's see how far we can push this thing!

Morning everyone. The sun is shining, a new day is dawning... time to PUT ON A BRAVE FACE! :P

We can't believe it but we have passed the £3500 milestone and our indy dad hat is unlocked!

We decided to knock down the price as a special thank you so you can grab your own for only £20. 

If you are new to kickstarter you can go in and amend your pledge right up to the bitter end and select add-ons etc. Also you will be given another chance to snap up any other extras in the post campaign confirmation survey.  

Otherwise please share the project with your friends and family if you haven't already. Let's see if we can push this to £4000 and get you all that free pin!

Only 15 days left folks! Tell your friends! Tell your family!

To all of you fine people... Thanks again for making this project happen. We are absolutely chomping at the bit to get printing this comic! Not to mention all the other goodies we have coming your way. 

We wanted to give you a quick update on how things will go down once the campaign finishes. First off we will start production on all the apparel, stickers, art cards and other physical merch. Meanwhile Gorkloum will finish the PATRON SAINT OF BURGER print and we will then send the comic to print.  We can then fulfill the digital comic fairly sharpish for those of you who have gone for the 'Cheap Meat' option. Once we have the printed material we have to send over the variants and prints to JLM in the US to sign but can fulfill for those of you who have opted for the standard version.  So long story short is that it will be a bit of a staggered approach dependent on your reward level.  Either way we will be working hard to get this into your hands as soon as possible!

A quick note about shipping. As we have stipulated in the campaign info any international pledges from the Extra Protein level and up will be sent by freight to keep shipping costs as low as possible. This is obviously the slow option. We will give all international backers an opportunity to upgrade their shipping if they would like to receive their rewards earlier. Some of your rewards may be shipped separately dependent on your location.

Lastly it has come to our attention that a very small number of you may be overcharged for shipping because the way Kickstarter calculates shipping for add ons.  For those of you that this applies you will  be contacted individually. But the plan is to automatically upgrade to airmail if an international backer and then given the choice of a refund of the difference or a little extra something thrown in.  We want you to know we are aware of it and won't leave you out of pocket.

We're Funded!!! Stretch Goal Announcement!!

We never imagined that one week in we would be funded with another 22 days left in the campaign. That is just mega. Thanks so much everyone!!

To celebrate we have dropped in two new stretch goals. One is an add-on and one is a free gift for all you lovely folks.  We have to do some careful planning to make sure that we can give something back to you guys without drastically increasing our productions costs. 

First off we have some low profile indy dad hat vibes. If we hit £3500 this will be unlocked as an add-on at £25 + Shipping. 

And if in dream land we manage to make it all the way to £4000 we will be including a FREE GIFT for EVERY backer that has made a pledge from the 'IN THE FLESH' level and up. You will be given the choice of the WORM BURGER pin or a BRAIN SLUG VACAY pin. That way all you folks that are already getting the WORM BURGER pin still get a little freebie. 

So tell all your friends! Remember the vast majority of funds is going towards paying Gorkloum for her incredible work and the more we raise in this kickstarter the better position we will be for chapter 2!!
